The Globe and Mail had an article this week about the tiniest house in Toronto. The house is for sale and the current owner only bought the house a few months ago. He renovated the 300 squarefoot cutey and is hoping to make a quick profit. With all the free publicity he is surely going to receive from the Globe and Mail article, I’m sure he will have no trouble selling it, even though some walk-in closets are larger than this home!

Yonge and Bloor: What Will You Miss the Most?

yongebloor590.jpgIt’s hard to believe but it has been 5 months since Bazis International first formally introduced their plans for an eighty-storey condo/hotel Mega Tower on the South East corner of Yonge and Bloor. And whether you love it or hate it (and judging by the comments in my previous posts on this building, there are plenty of people on both sides), the reality is Yonge and Bloor is about to undergo a major transformation and will never be the same again.
